Water Preservation-KG - 13.09.2017
“When you conserve water, you conserve life.”
One of the easiest steps we can take to help mitigate the impacts of drought is conserving water. Water is the most valuable resource on the earth and the essential component of the ecosystem because all living beings need it to support their living process. Kindergarten students at Queen Mira International School were given awareness on the importance of water conservation. Two tubs were placed in the garden and the tiny tots were asked to empty their bottles of water which they took back home. The kindergarteners were also told that the water which they had emptied would in turn be used for watering the plants in the garden. This Priceless drop activity was initiated on 13.09.17 at 02.45 pm.
